We all know the top speeds of 25 is due to factory restrictions. A simple pipe and carb swap can very easily overcome those restrictions. Now thats you've made it run leaner meaner and stronger simply add a smaller sprocket and you now bought yourself about 7-10 more MPH's... Did I mention the moped market is just loaded with cylinder kits, high comp heads, carbs, intakes, Stuffed cranks and what not. Performance is our game...
