The tensioner formally known as the Kip Springer is now exclusively the "Pirate Cycles Spring loaded Chain Tensioner".. We bought the rights off Kip and can now run these in larger numbers to eventually get the costs down for everyone. This is a sweet piece and we are proud to add it to our list of aftermarket parts. The tensioner is now available in either a black anodized or brushed aluminum surface. These can be used with the standard idler wheel or our 10T idler sprocket for an extra $25.00.
