These new bicycle engine kit packages come with greatly improved packaging to stand up to shipping damage. We have incorporated the slant head design taken from our 49cc engines and have applied this to our Stealth 80cc Engine to give it additional torque and power! These engines come with an extended clutch arm requiring less effort when using the clutch lever.
- HIGH QUALITY FUEL LINE Improved fuel line quality is included with these kits that don't get hard over time.
- IMPROVED GAS TANK FASTENERS AND MOUNTS Strong gas tank clamps are now packaged which help create a secure bracket mount for the gas tank to the frame of the bicycle.
- NEW DESIGN IDLER PULLEY WITH ROLLER BEARINGS Stronger and more durable idler wheels, and a quieter and more fluid roller system.
- THE LATEST HUSH MUFFLER DESIGN The New GEN 5 EPA chrome high flow muffler. More power than the GEN 1 Black Cat EPA design.
- CLUTCH REMOVAL TOOL AND MUFFLER SUPPORT The clutch removal tool is included with this package and will definitely come in handy for maintenance down the road. The muffler support design has been improved.
